Nakaggwa Prosscovia Ssempijja holds a Degree of Arts with Education from Makerere University, a Masters Degree of Education Planning Policy and Management from Kyambogo University and a PhD in Education at research level. Author holds a Certificate of Education provided by Caltech Academy Makerere.
