The combination of CMS and CMR systems is a very effective solution in terms of trading. New ways of providing relevant services have appeared, including the use of digital payment, the development of virtual assistants using artificial intelligence, the algorithmic implementation of recommendation formation processes, the use of machine learning methods to analyze the results of enterprise activities, game theory is able to help scientists (primarily economists and political scientists), etc.
