Chakchai So-In is a Professor of Computer Science in the Department of Computer Science, College of Computing, Khon Kaen University, KK, TH. He received B.Eng./M.Eng. degrees from Kasetsart University, BKK, TH in 1999/2001 and M.S./Ph.D. degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, USA in 2006/2010, all in Computer Engineering. He has interned with Cisco Networking Academy (CNAP-NTU, SG), Cisco Systems (Silicon Valley, USA), WiMAX Forums (USA), and Bell Labs (Alcatel-Lucent, USA). His research interests include Computer Networking and Internet technology, Wireless and Mobile Networks, Internet of Things, Wireless Sensor Networks, Cybersecurity, Cyber-physical Systems, and Applied Artificial Intelligence. He has served as an associate editor for IEEE Access, Plos ONE, Wireless Networks, PeerJ (CS), and ECTI-CIT and as a committee member/reviewer for many journals/publishers such as IEEE, ACM, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, IET, IEICE, and ETRI; and conferences such as GLOBECOM, ICC, VTC, WCNC, ICNP, ICNC, and PIMRC. He has authored/coauthored over 150 international (technical) publications, including some in IEEE JSAC, IEEE TCCN, IEEE/CAA, IEEE Commun./Wireless Commun. Mags, IEEE IoT J., IEEE System J., JNCA, COMNET, FGCS, MONET, WN, and ESWA; and 10 books, including Mobile & Wireless Nets with IoT, Computer Network Lab., and Network Security Lab. He is also a senior member of IEEE and ACM. Dr. Narendra D. Londhe is presently working as Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of National Institute of Technology Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. He completed his B.E. from Amravati University in 2000 followed by M.Tech. and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in the years 2006 and 2011, respectively. He has 14 years of rich experience in academics and research. He has published more than 170 articles in recognized journals, conferences, and books. His main areas of research include medical signal and image processing, biomedical instrumentation, speech signal processing, biometrics, intelligent healthcare, brain-computer interface, artificial intelligence, and pattern recognition. He has been awarded by organizations like Taiwan Society of Ultrasound in Medicine, Ultrasonics Society of India, and NIT Raipur. He is Active Member of different recognized societies from his areas of research including senior membership of IEEE. Dr. Nityesh Bhatt is a Professor and Chairperson of Information Management Area at the Institute of Management, Nirma University, Ahmedabad - India. Since December 2021, he has been recognized as Nirma Limited Chair Professor in Management for three years. He holds M.B.A. (Marketing) and Ph.D. (e-Governance) degrees from M. L. Sukhadia University, India. He has also completed a four-month Faculty Development Programme of IIM-Ahmedabad and an online 'Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme' of Diplo Foundation, Malta, in 2006. He has more than 24 years of experience in academia, corporate training, and research. In 1998, he was awarded as the best faculty of NIIT in North India. Credited with 67 research papers and management cases (including 14 in ABDC and Scopus), he has also co-edited 14 books. In 2006, he was invited to participate in the first Internet Governance Forum meeting jointly organized by the United Nations and Government of Greece at Athens. He is the recipient of 'Dewang Mehta Best Teacher of Information Technology Award' in 2009. Four of his students have already been awarded Ph.D. Currently, he is part of a European Commission Project 'Knowledge Development for Circular Economy Transition' (Erasmus+ Programme). He has completed four consultancy/research assignments for Indian Space Research Organisation ( including a major project in the area of 'Scientific Research Management') and one for Government of Kerala. He has travelled to 14 countries for different academic initiatives. Since 2007, he is a member of the National Executive Committee of Special Interest Group on e-Governance set up by the Computer Society of India. He is a Life Member of the Computer Society of India and Indian Society for Training and Development. He has conducted more than 300 MDPs for leading public and private sector companies. Dr. Meelis Kitsing is the author of The Political Economy of Digital Ecosystems (Routledge, 2021). His current research interests focus on the political economy of artificial intelligence and digital platforms. His research has been published in Transnational Corporations Review, Journal of Politics, Policy & Internet, Journal of Information Technology & Politics, as well as by Springer, IEEE, ACM, Leuven University Press, and MIT Press. Kitsing is the Rector and Professor of Political Economy at the Estonian Business School, a private university with campuses in Tallinn, Estonia, and Helsinki, Finland. He also serves on the management boards of the Estonian Council on Foreign Relations, the Estonian Service Industry Association, and Eurofound, an EU research agency for social and employment policies headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. Previously, Professor Kitsing worked as Head of Research at the Foresight Center, a think tank at the Estonian Parliament; as Adviser at the Strategy Unit of the Estonian Government Office; and as Head of Economic Analysis at the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. He also served as President of the Estonian Economic Association.
