Christian Ganzert has a PhD and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo, and a degree in Information Science from USP. He was a visiting professor at the University of Illinois in the United States. He is a researcher at USP and UIUC, and a professor at Unaerp, Kroton and Estácio. He is COO of a leading company in the business intelligence market.
