This work tried to evaluate efficacy of preoperative duplex scanning in planning for Infrainguinal revascularization procedures. The study aimed to define the accuracy measures of duplex ultrasonography as regards the diagnosis of hemodynamically significant arterial lesions (50% stenosis and occlusion) at different arterial segments. We tried to determine the accuracy of duplex scanning concerning decision making for the revascularisation procedures either by conventional surgery or endovascular intervention.
