Mike Hodson is Professor in the Alliance Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester. Hamil Pearsall is Associate Professor in the Department of Geography and Urban Studies at Temple University. Jonathan Silver is Senior Research Fellow at The Urban Institute at the University of Sheffield.
