The work is intended for scholars of Education, in it are found the results of a research on the difficulties, as well as perspectives of students of Distance Education, in the training process. In this sense, a study was conducted in several EaD poles of a Federal Public Institution of the State of Alagoas. Graduated in Pedagogy from the Federal University of Alagoas, he is a specialist in Teaching in Higher Education from the São Luís Faculty. Collaborator in the Center for Distance Education - NEAD/UFAL. Member of the Multidisciplinary Research Group on Youth and Adult Education (MULTIEJA/UFAL/CNPq).
