Autorenporträt
António Carrizo Moreira obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Management, both from the University of Porto, Portugal. He received his PhD in Management from UMIST-University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, England. He has a solid international background in industry leveraged working for a multinational company in Germany as well as in Portugal. He has also been involved in consultancy projects and in research activities. He is Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, and Tourism, University of Aveiro, Portugal, where he headed the Bachelor and Master Degrees in Management for five years. He is member of GOVCOPP research unit. Luís Miguel D. F. Ferreira is currently Assistant Professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Coimbra, Portugal. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Coimbra. He received his master degree and PhD from Instituto Superior Técnico - University of Lisbon, Portugal. His research interests include topics related to supply chain management, supply chain risk management, sustainable supply chain management and international purchasing. His research has been published in Supply Chain Management: an International Journal, Production Planning and Control, among others. He has also been deeply involved in consultancy projects with public institutions and private companies. He is member of CEMMPRE research unit. Ricardo A. Zimmermann is a research fellow at the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, and Tourism in the University of Aveiro, Portugal and is a member of the Research Unit on Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies (GOVCOPP). His research interests have been focused on Supply Chain Management, Innovation Management and Strategic Management. Ricardo haswork experience in companies in Brazil and Portugal in areas such as Strategic Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, Project Management, Budget and Costs Management and Corporate Governance. He has also experience as a consultant and as an assessor in quality awards.
