Republic of Korea and China along with India were used to study innovation systems as the case studies having economy in the stage of transition. Dr. Surya Mani Tripathi is engaged with IPRs and Biotech-Regulatory issues at DBT-ICRISAT Platform for Translational research on Transgenic Crops (PTTC), Hyderabad, India. He holds LLB (Law degree with specialization in IPRs) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India and Ph.D. in Genetics and Plant Breeding with CSIR Fellowship.
