Russ Hepworth-Sawyer is co-chair of the UK Mastering Group, a freelance mastering engineer, writer and consultant through MOTTOsound (www.mottosound.com) and part-time lecturer at York St John University, UK. Justin Paterson is Professor of Music Production at London College of Music, University of West London, UK. Rob Toulson is Founder and Director of RT60 Ltd, specializing in technology development for the audio and music industries.
