Rampersad: Holds a PhD from the University of Adelaide Business School (Australia), an MSc from Durham University (UK) and a BSc from the University of the West Indies (Trinidad and Tobago). She is a Lecturer and Program Coordinator for Innovation and Enterprise (Science and Technology) at Flinders University, Australia.
