In this book, the fundamental characteristics of innovation are examined. In addition to updating conceptions of the logic of scientific progress and the theory of scientific knowledge, the author presents the modalities of scientific production today. He presents an archaeology of technoscientific innovation. It lays the efficient foundations for a logic of scientific research capable of leading to the emancipation of the scientific mind with a view to creativity and technological innovation. It is an indispensable program for the establishment of a national system of techno-scientific research and innovation. Through interpretation and analysis, Ledoux Pierre NDII offers an essay on scientific progress and research policy. This book is therefore not purely academic, but also a tool that opens the way to a new way of strategically organizing scientific research or strengthening it in a state that believes scientific research can contribute to its development.
