He has published 35 conference and journal papers in Springer, IEEE, IGI Global, Taylor & Francis etc. He has 3 book chapters in Taylor & Francis Group EAI. He is peer reviewer and TPC member in different international journals. He was the editor in IEMIS 2020, IEMIS 2018, IEMIS 2022, CIIR 2023, ICIDA 2022 and special issues in IJWLTT. He is the member of several technical functional bodies such as IEEE, IFERP, MACUL, SDIWC, Internet Society, ICSES, ASR, AIDASCO, USERN, IAENG. He has published 3 patents. Dr. Soumi Dutta Dr. Soumi Dutta is Associate Professor at Sister Nivedita University, India. She has completed her PhD (CST), IIEST, Shibpur. She received her B.Tech (IT) and M.Tech (CSE) securing 1st position (Gold medallist), from MAKAUT. She is certified as Publons Academy Peer Reviewer, 2020 and Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, 2020. Her research interests are Data Mining, Information Retrieval, Online Social Media Analysis, and Image Processing. She has published 55 conference and journal papers in Springer, IEEE, IGI Global, Taylor & Francis etc. She has 5 Book Chapters in Taylor & Francis Group and IGI Global. She is a peer reviewer and TPC member in different international journals. She was the editor in CIPR 2020, CIPR2019, IEMIS 2020, CIIR 2021, IEMIS 2018 special issues in IJWLTT. She is the member of several technical functional bodies such as ACM, IEEE, IFERP, MACUL, SDIWC, Internet Society, ICSES, ASR, AIDASCO, USERN, IRAN, IAENG. She has published 3 patents. Dr. Soumi Dutta has delivered 15 Keynote talks in Different International Conferences. She has been awarded with Rashtriya Shiksha Ratna Award, InSc Research Education Excellence Award, International Teacher Award 2020-21 by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. Prof. Paramartha Dutta, I am currently a Professor in the Department of Computer and System Sciences in Visva-Bharati University, Bolpur, Shantiniketan, West Bengal, India since November 2007. I did my Bachelors and Masters in Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India in 1988 and 1990, respectively. Subsequently, I did my Master of Technology in Computer Science in 1993 from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India. I did my PhD (Engineering) in 2005 from Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpore, India. I amco-author of eight authored books apart from thirteen edited books and more than two hundred and forty research publications in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings. In addition, I am co-inventor of seventeen published patents. So far, I had the opportunity to supervise eight PhD scholars who have received their degree, two who have submitted their theses waiting for follow up formalities, apart from six who at present are pursuing their Ph. D work. Dr. Debabrata Samanta, is presently working as Assistant Professor at RIT Kosovo (A.U.K),Rochester Institute of Technology - RIT Global Campus, Dr. Shpetim Robaj, n.n. Germia Campus, Prishtina 10000, Kosovo, Europe. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India, in the areas of SAR Image Processing. He is keenly interested in Interdisciplinary Research & Development and has experience spanning fields of SAR Image Analysis, Video surveillance, Heuristic algorithm for Image Classification, Deep Learning Framework for Detection and Classification, Blockchain, Statistical Modelling, Wireless Adhoc Network, Natural Language Processing, V2I Communication. He has successfully completed six Consultancy Projects. He has received funding 8,110 USD under Open Access, Publication fund. He has received funding under International Travel Support Scheme in 2019 for attending conference in Thailand. He has received Travel Grant for speaker in Conference, Seminar etc for two years from July 2019. He is the owner of 21 patents (3 Design Indian Patent and 2 Australian patents Granted, 16 Indian Patents published) and 2 copyright.
