Autorenporträt
Irina Samoylenko is, Ph.D., Associate Professor at Informational Systems Department, Stavropol State Agrarian University, Russia. She received M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics, Ph.D. in System Analysis, Control and Processing of Information in North-Caucasus Federal University. She is Member of Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers, Russia. She participated in international conferences and internships in Italy, Turkey, Romania, and Czech Republic. Irina is a participator of Russian-Vietnam grant.  Her research interests include wireless sensor networks, optimization tasks, and IoT in agriculture. Toshpulot Rajabov has obtained his Ph.D. and D.Sc. in Botany from Institute of Botany at the Academy of Sciences in Uzbekistan, and currently he is Director of the Institute of Agrobiotechnology and Food Security at Samarkand State University. He received several international scholarships as DAAD, GRO-LRT, and Fulbright. He is Chairman of the Defense Committee for dissertations in Biological Sciences. He is Member of the Society for Rangeland Management of the USA.
