The subject of innovation management as a science is the process of managing changes in the technological basis of labor and production and related processes of exchange and consumption, in the system of economic and social institutions, providing implementation and promotion of innovation in the market. Innovation management covers all content of innovation management processes in an organization (enterprise, firm) or any other localized organizational and economic system (industry, production cluster, territorial and production complex, free economic zone, etc.), as well as principles and methods of management of innovation activities of individual organizations and their associations, associated with: - creation of new consumer values; - mastering their production; - distribution and use; - introduction into economic turnover and commercialization.
