Susana Martínez Denia is an Executive Coach and the Founder of Insatiable Leaders(R). Her focus is on exploring the unique qualities that differentiate leaders as catalysts of transformation and growth in organizations. She specializes in creating coaching solutions that channel their hunger into fuel, limitless resourcefulness, and elevated leadership insights to drive meaningful transformation more efficiently. Over the years, Susana has applied her model to coach and train senior leaders from renowned companies such as Goldman Sachs, EY, Meta, PWC, and Google Previously, Susana worked as a COO for the leading career coaching company in London. She also led multicultural teams that provided advisory services for disputes relating to complex financial market issues and OTC valuation services for hedge funds. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, she holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance and is a certified coach by the International Coach Federation and the Institute of Leadership and Management.
