El Dr. Mandloi es licenciado en Ciencias Agrícolas por la Universidad Agrícola Indira Gandhi de Raipur (C.G.). Posteriormente, realizó un máster (Ag.) y un doctorado (Entomología) en la Universidad Agrícola Jawaharlal Nehru, Jabalpur (M.P.), India.
