Autorenporträt
Margaret Young was born in Southampton where she lived until going to University in Eastbourne in 1979. She moved to the Isle of Wight in 1984 to take up a teaching position at Upper Chine School, Shanklin and continued teaching on the Island until retiring in November 2020. Since 2003, Margaret and her husband David have had a holiday home in the medieval town of Josselin, Brittany. Her experience teaching and living in France were the inspiration for Groovy Grandad.
