Maria V. Snyder wohnt mit ihrem Mann, ihren beiden Kindern und ihrem Hund in Pennsylvania. Nach ihrem Studium in Meteorologie an der Penn State University stellte sie fest, dass präzise Wettervorhersagen nicht zu ihren Fähigkeiten gehören.
