This book provides the basic knowledge to analyze Microarray data of diebetes. Clustering is done to the genes which are more expressed in Type II diabetes. Phylogenetic analysis is done on the basis of the sequence similarity by which the rate of expression is also similar. Two proteins Beliverdine and Uroporphyrinogen are taken and eight antidiabetic drugs such as Acarbose, Gliquidone, Metformin, Miglitol, Mitiglinide, Pioglitazone, Sitagliptin, Voglibose. These drugs are used as ligands. The two receptors are subjected to docking with eight ligands. ACARBOSE is determined as most efficient drug.
