Autorenporträt

Helen Pinkard is a native of Ferris, Texas where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Oliver Pinkard. Together they raised seven children. Following his death and that of her mother, four months later, she wrote poems as part of her healing process. Helen is a renowned vocalist and has several recordings. She is best known for "Let Freedom Ring" under the Rapture recording label and is frequently listened to on YouTube, (The Pinkard Singers.) She is a talented, creative, dedicated, Christian. Her poems are being shared to further her philosophy of: "If I can help somebody."
