Through pain and suffering, Brenda Wilson Billings finds healing in poetry. She takes her readers on a journey of reflection and appreciation of life. Billings' poetry challenges readers to always keep the morning view in sight when dealing with trauma and the chaos of life. In this book of poems, readers will find poetry that can heal the mind and inspire the spirit to live. Readers will discover, as Billings did, that poetry can do for the mind what pills cannot do.
