Autorenporträt
We're always told to trust the timing of our lives, which, let's face it, can be easier said than done. Broker, Monica Hale, has seen firsthand the sheer importance of having patience while God works in the background of one's life. After taking a couple of detours before going all-in on real estate, once Monica decided to make it her full-time career, the pieces fell perfectly together. In July 2017, Monica passed the State of Arkansas Real Estate Exam and began working for her first brokerage. She sealed the deal on her first sale within the first 30 days. By August 2019, she made up her mind: she would leave her job in the property management sector and go into real estate full-time. By November 2019, Monica had passed the Arkansas Real Estate Broker Exam and became an executive broker. Before she knew it, in June 2020, she was launching her own brokerage, Plush Homes Co. And the rest is history! As a real estate professional, Monica is passionate about her clients' homeownership goals and helping them through the process. I am very passionate about helping individuals and families overcome barriers associated with becoming a homeowner. Oftentimes, the home-buying process is accompanied by a great deal of 'red tape' or administrative barriers, which can certainly be discouraging for people who are eager to buy homes. However, becoming a homeowner is a form of financial freedom, and I'm committed to helping others experience this state of security.
