This academic text is focused from the preparation and conception of change to contribute to the solution of the dissimilar difficulties that may arise in the field of work and systemic organizations, that future social workers or workers in general may face in the new work scenarios in which they will be inserted, and will be prepared and empowered as new leaders, managers of positive change. The most difficult thing to change in an organization is its culture, because it is like its way of life, the changes must be aimed at improving processes and humanizing relationships, to create bonds of identity and adhesion with the organization, to improve the quality of life of workers, to respect their rights and to work in a work environment that favors the development of skills, for this social workers act as agents of positive change that guide and accompany these systemic and behavioral processes in people who make up the organizations in order to promote organized work with planning processes, dialogue and planning.
