Although the EU policy in multiculturalism put attempts to implement it in all spheres, including, social and medical care, education and other social sphere, most EU member countries are confronted with discrimination and human rights violations of immigrants. If one refers to the migration laws of the EU member countries they straggle with the harmonization approach of common migration policy. To some extend it is considered that it was a wrong step to apply for the harmonization of migration laws in institutional scope. However, different migration policies of EU countries, which varies from one country to another, makes complex the application of multicultural policy in migration area. The case study of the UK, Germany and Italy illustrates the heterougenity in migration regulatory policies and complexity in application of multiculturalism into migration area.
