Sukhpal Singh is Professor and Former Chairperson, Centre for Management in Agriculture (CMA), Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, Former Director General, Centre for Research in Rural and Industrial Development (CRRID) Chandigarh, and Former Professor and Head, Agricultural Economic Research Unit (AERU), Institute of Economic Growth (IEG), New Delhi, India. Jyotsna Jha headed Bangalore, India, based Centre for Budget and Policy Studies, an independent public policy and finance think tank for 13 years between 2011 and 2023. Prior to this, she has worked with Commonwealth Secretariat, London, as an adviser for the Social Transformation Programmes Division for five years where she actively researched on issues related with equity in education, gender and HIV-AIDS, and engaged in evidence-based policy advocacy with member countries in all regions: Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and the Pacific. A. Indira has over 30 years of varied experience as a researcher, teacher, trainer, consultant, and academics administrator. She received her M.A.(Economics) from Central University, Hyderabad, M.Tech (Management Studies) from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bengaluru. A.V. Arunkumar is Professor and Associate Dean of the School of Business at RV University, Bengaluru, India, and the Executive Director, Centre for Banking, Development and Financial Studies at the RV University.
