Proposing instructions in art therapy is not trivial and requires knowing the objectives of the service, that of the workshop and their articulation. This work proposal also calls for the practice and artistic knowledge of the art therapist and his conception of the artistic experience. In addition, addictology prompts us to question this fact of society: the consequences of the consumption of alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, cocaine, drugs, gambling lead to major public health problems and are also factors of insecurity, suffering and social difficulties... and question the anomie4 of our society. It is in this spirit that I developed guidelines in January-February based on my first observations made in this service and initial theoretical approaches. In March, I was able to test and offer a first instruction to this audience and little by little understand what it was possible and interesting to offer to these patients, which were less so and thus observe certain limits in the functioning of the workshop.
