Frederick Ngmenkpieo, a Ghanaian, born to Mr. Ngmenkpieo kojo Bonye and Mrs. Ngmenkpieo Agnes Donziema. He completed St. Augustine¿s Secondary School in 1994 and Tumu Training College in 1998. He has master¿s degree in educational management and leadership and a PhD in Education. He is currently a research fellow at Walter Sisulu University.
