The different social problems and conflicts have generated that, at present, the locality of Soacha is in a growing overcrowding, causing great damage to the ecosystems and an environmental deterioration. The lack of public space and the need to improve the living conditions of vulnerable populations in Ciudadela Sucre create different opportunities for urban design, with the help of the community, where the most real solutions are identified with integral and accessible spaces, between the Rincón del Lago and Bella Vista Baja neighborhoods. With the implementation of urban acupuncture, as a means and alternative design to generate public space; designing three focus spaces (Integral Park, Pedestrian Bridge and Neighborhood Borders), which seek to improve the current conditions of the sector and environmental factors that are directly related by the Tibaníca Creek, as a mechanism to improve the social conditions of the place.
