The study findings are strongly in favor of women of reproductive age living with HIV-centered integrated family planning /HIV services offering multiple health services at the same facility, often by the same provider, based on their needs. Accordingly, strategies were developed based on the findings of the study to benefit women of reproductive age living with HIV. Further research on the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategies is needed to fully apply them at different levels.The implications of the study for clinical practice at FMOH, ORHB and facility level, and further research recommendations were related to the study results. It is envisaged that this study, as well as the strategies which were developed, will be implemented and utilized successfully in the health facilities to improve the quality of integrated family planning/HIV services for women of reproductive age living HIV attending ART clinics in health centres to improve treatment outcomes.
