Agronomist Dr. Juan Carlos Nava Graduated from the University of Zulia (LUZ) as Agronomist Engineer. Afterwards, he completed a Master's Degree in Agrosystems Management, a Diploma in Design and Evaluation of Research Projects, a Diploma in Teaching for Higher Education and a Doctorate in Social Sciences: Mention in Management.
