Patrick Ssempeera possesses a master's degree in Engineering (Civil) and BSc Civil Engineering, both from Makerere University, Kampala UG. Ever since Patrick Ssempeera graduated from the College of Engineering, Design, Art, and Technology (CEDAT), he has worked and trained on various civil engineering projects as a project manager, project supervisor, and design engineer. He has gained 11 years' practical experience in the fields of project management, project appraisal, project planning, project design, tender preparation, tender evaluations, project costing, construction procurement, and contract management of various projects such as roads and highways, drainage systems, water supply systems, and buildings in line with various standards such as British Standards (BS), Eurocodes, The International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Conditions of Contract-The Red Book, and The World Bank Conditions of Contract. Patrick Ssempeera has had great opportunities to work with both contractors and consultants. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, UK.
