This book addresses the importance of introducing an integrated HRM model of the NBRM. Furthermore, it analyzes the theory of HRM, presents the most prominent theories of HRM models, and provides general guidance on the scope of the proposed HRM model, including its basic elements. The author holds an MSc/MBA with specialization in HRM, and is one of the founders of the HRM Department within the institution.
