Many companies use products controlled by the Federal Police, Civil Police and Brazilian Army in their activities. Given this situation, compliance with the various control laws applicable to relatively similar situations can lead to doubts, negatively impacting on companies' activities. In view of this, with the support of management theories and the legal regulations governing the control of chemical products, set against the experiences of some cases, we can see the possibility of a company acting systematically in an integrated way to manage the legal requirements that apply to chemical products that are controlled by the aforementioned bodies. The use of integrated management of controlled chemical products proves to be a facilitating tool for complying with legislation, as well as the legal requirements of the NBR ISO 14001 standard. To this end, the author proposes an Administrative Protocol along the lines of a PDCA cycle that enables the integrated management of controlled products by the Federal Police, Civil Police and Army, together with a roadmap for implementing the Protocol using checklists.
