Globalization of economy, the Indian Manufacturing sector tends to face severe competition and challenges regarding maintenance of quality in performance and sustainability within India and abroad. Though, many manufacturing industries in India have adapted Quality Management Systems, they have failed to achieve the fullest advantage because they have implemented the QMS either partially or fully with quality model having integrated with two or a few quality concepts or systems. Hence, they could not satisfy the stakeholders who belong to different demographic and socioeconomic cultures. Their different attitudes, needs and requirements leads them to think apart resulting in a common holistic and a comprehensive quality model like Integrated Management Business Excellence System (IMBES) which is embedded with important selected critical success factors drawn from all the quality systems, concepts and awards. The findings from data analysis led to the conclusion that, as perceivedby managerial executives and stakeholders, there is a significant contextual relationship between the ten critical success factors and the IMBES towards performance excellence and sustainability.
