Sunita is born in a farmer family in District Sriganganagar, Rajsthan, India. She  graduated in Agriculture in 2018 from the COA, Fatehpur (SKNAU, Jobner) (Rajsthan). She has obtained her Master's from Swami Keshwanand Rajsthan Agriculture University in 2021 and securing first division in all the classes with NET from ICAR.
