Mr. Shrestha is a Lecturer (Soil Science) in Tribhuvan University, Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science, Lamjung Campus Nepal. He did his M.Sc.( Agriculture Science and Resource Management in the Tropics and Subtropics) from University of Bonn, Germany in 2010 and M.A. (Rural Development) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 2005.
