Dr. Tesfaye Dagnew is Assistant Professor in English Language and Literature Programme of Bahir Dar University in Ethiopia. He studied his first degree in English and his M.A in literature in Addis Ababa University. He also did M.ED in Language Education in Southampton University,UK and a PH.D in English and Foreign Languages University in India.
