The relationship between household travel decisions and school travels and the prospect of linking them with holistic transport plan is emphasized. The analyses in this book are based on detailed school travel surveys and various data related to personal transport modes, transit services and built environment. Discrete choice modeling and other statistical methods are used to perform the analyses in this research work.
