The integration of Strategic Leadership (SL), as a holistic approach adopted by Americans as a management method, would make a considerable contribution to improving the governance model within large organizations. governance model within large organizations..The concept and culture of Leadership in general, and Strategic Leadership in particular, initiated and largely dominated by Anglo-Saxon countries, are not yet well understood and integrated into the management methods of French-speaking public administrations, including Moroccan ones.This book, which aims to contribute to the promotion of research in the field of LS within the French-speaking community, proposes best practices (checklists or toolkits) likely to enlighten Strategic Leaders at the level of any large organization (CEOs, SGs, Boards of Directors, strategic teams...), and this for a progressive and adapted implementation of this concept to their national specificities.
