An educational intervention study was carried out at UCMG Cuba, with the objective of elaborating a compendium of integrative exercises to improve the quality of the theoretical state exams in students of the Clinical Bioanalysis career, for which two groups were worked with, the first one constituted by the enrollment of students of the 2013-2014 course and the second one, by 18 students of the fifth year of the 2023 course. Insufficiencies were identified in the training of the students, reflected through the results of the state exams, which limit the quality of the results. Theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used for this purpose. For the solution of the problem, the compendium was implemented in the Preprofessional Practice, the compendium was submitted to socialization workshops with specialists, using the IBM SPSS version 21 package and expert consultation corroborated with Delphi. In addition, the results of the research were validated by comparing the academic results of both groups before and after intervening with the compendium, using the Mann-Whitney U test, which influenced the quality of the theoretical state exams.
