The textbook proposes a system of technologies for scientific creativity, among which are the theory of inventive problem solving, a system of continuous creative education, and a system of open tasks. The importance, necessity and relevance of the efforts of the historical and cultural orientation in the educational process, especially in the secondary structures of education among adolescents, of increasing attention to the culture of different countries, primarily in the process of learning foreign languages, is substantiated.
