Autorenporträt
Lai Chao'an received his Ph.D. from South China University of Technology in 2003. From 1995 to 1998, he worked in Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., where he was engaged in mold design and manufacturing process design.  From 2003 to 2021, he worked in the Department of Industrial Engineering, School of Business Administration, South China University of Technology. From 2016 to 2017, he spent one year as a visiting scholar at the University of Pittsburgh in the USA. His current interest lies in using the integration and application of the Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence in manufacturing enterprises to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises through the planning and design of intelligent manufacturing systems and the design of implementation paths.
