Dr. Alayande Adegoke Waheed was born on the 1st of June 1959 in Oyo, South West Nigeria. He obtained the Master of Engineering Degree from Bayero University Kano and Ph.D. from University of Nigeria Nsukka (2010). Dr. Alayande is currently Head Land and Water Research Development Division, National Water Resources Institute, Kaduna, Nigeria.
