Wegene Getachew Sertse has got his BA Degree in History from Addis Ababa University (Ethiopia) in 2005, and MA Degree in Federal Studies from the same University in 2010. Currently, he is a Lecturer in Debre Markos University. His research interests are in federalism and conflict management.
