In the given work the interrelations of corporate culture of the enterprises and features of their employees belonging to different generations X, Y, Z are investigated. On the basis of Rosstat's statistics, the preferred groups of occupations and types of economic activities of generations on the Russian labor market are analyzed. In order to adapt to the current situation and to complement the theory of William Strauss and Neil Howe, a socio-demographic portrait of these generations in Russia is determined on the basis of statistical data. The analysis of RUIE's social reports has shown that the majority of Russian enterprises in various industries do not have the prevalence of generation X or Y, so it is recommended that a mixed corporate policy be pursued. On the basis of complex studying of domestic and foreign experience of management of the personnel the toolkit of influence on studied generations by means of corporate culture taking into account specificity of the domestic labour market and their socially-demographic features in Russia is offered.
