Autorenporträt
Thomas Cottier is Professor Emeritus of European and International Economic Law and Senior Research Fellow at the World Trade Institute, University of Bern as well as Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Ottawa. Shaheeza Lalani is the Founding Director of the Doctoral Program at the Graduate School of Economic Globalisation and Integration at the World Trade Institute, University of Bern. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Lausanne and law degrees from McGill University in Montreal. Clarence Siziba is a Ph.D. Candidate in Law at the Graduate School of Economic Globalisation and Integration at the World Trade Institute, University of Bern. He holds law degrees from the Universities of Fort Hare and the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
