That allied with the internet contributes to a leap in efficiency in parliamentary activity, in the activities and internal procedures of legislative houses and also in transparency and accountability to society and the bodies responsible for such activities, in addition to complying with laws such as Complementary Law 101 of May 2000. The project that is presented aims to study the Interlegis Programme, from its application and interaction with the Municipal Councils, having as a case study the City Council of the Municipality of Santa Rita do Araguaia its efficiency in the face of the challenges encountered in legislative houses, its interaction with parliamentarians, servants and society. In order to research and learn more about the origin, execution and efficiency of the Programme.
