The government of Zimbabwe is in contravention of its own laws and policies including international treaties; Zimbabwe is behaving like an international outlaw.

Calisto Mudzingwa holds a PhD in linguistics from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Human Security and Peacebuilding from Royal Roads University. He is passionate about issues relating to the internally displaced persons (IDPs), particularly children, who are the most vulnerable.
