Paul Mosley is Professor of Economics at the University of Sheffield, UK. He is Editor of the Journal of International Development and the General Editor of the Routledge Priorities for Development book series. He has carried out research and consultancy work for a number of organisations including USAID, UNCTAD, World Bank and DfID.
